Be honest with your answers

  1. How much sleep do you have?
  2. Do you either sleep too much or too little?
  3. How much junk food are you binge eating?
  4. When was the last time you took time off work or your family to be alone with your friends?
  5. Are you always on edge and always screaming at your kids or husband at home?
  6. Do you feel guilty when you have time to yourself?
  7. Do you always go on an endless merry-go-round of regret of things that happened gazillion years ago?
  8. When was the last time you felt good about yourself, your looks, hair, and body?
  9. Ever looked in the mirror and what did you see? Do you always have something bad to say about yourself?
  10. Being Clingy in relationships - where you become obsessed with trying to belong to a man or people that don’t really accept you because you are afraid to be alone. In relationships, you become very possessive and overbearing.
  11. Lack Of Confidence- You are always looking for validation from other people. You have self-doubt in yourself and lack self-worth.
  12. Having Sex With Someone You Are Repulsed by simply because you want to use them for an ulterior motive.
  13. Act Like A Drama Queen: This means you are not emotionally empowered. You allow yourself to spin out of control like a hurricane destroying everything in your way. This is when you are being over-emotional as an unconscious way to manipulate and control others. You enjoy attracting attention to yourself in the most dramatic ways possible, indicating how disconnected you are to your emotions. You let the emotions control you. You might suppress certain feelings and frustrations for a long-time and you just erupt like a volcano.
  14. Manipulating Others Instead Of Speaking Your Truth: You are scared to speak your honest truth and you lie in order to get your way with people or put others down with your unfounded stories.

If you want to know how to practice self-care for yourself so you can start to create a solid foundation for a happy relationship then. You might say I have not done this before. Maybe that’s why you are still struggling in your relationships.
